Managing a team of key account managers and sales representatives, developing company trade marketing approach and supporting company-wide business decisions from sales and marketing angle.

BORGY CZ is an amazing, privately built company with a Europe-wide distribution. Our primary task is representing brands in our portfolio, presenting them in the market and supporting our partners with top level services. We keep all our core business tasks inhouse to guarantee 100% quality.

• Training and lectures

Most of all I enjoy supporting others in their personal and professional growth, being it within our company, in other organisations or the people around me.

I often concentrate on hard skills, such as operating various MS Office programs or managing the business process. Other skills such as time management, key account management and others come naturally with them.
